Does it cost anything to Sign Up?

Of course not! You can signup absolutely for free.

Is RawSkill secure & legal?

We place the highest concern on making sure your sensitive information is protected.

We treat all your information with highest discretion and attention. Our Platform’s have military standard security to ensure your information is safe with us. We never store any of your payment information on our servers.

RawSkill is legal, given that the vide game competitions we facilitate are games of skill.

Unfortunately, a handful of states have banned participation in skill based competitions for cash. If you live in the one of those states, you may not play for cash prizes on RawSkill's Platform’s

What Is RawSkill?

RawSkill is a Social Gaming App. We allow Console Gamers to meet on the app and challenge each other in Head to Head Games or tournaments for money and other awesome prizes.

Playing Matches

How does RawSkill's matchmaking work?

Our matchmaking algorithm will match you up with someone of similar skill.

As you play more matches, we get a better idea of your skill level and can find you even better suited opponents.

What Console does RawSkill support?

Playstation and XBOX.

What video games does RawSkill support?

RawSkill currently supports FIFA. We plan to expand to other games soon. Stay tuned!

How do I stream?

Easy-peasy - takes 2 clicks on your console. No equipment needed.

Playstation:
1. Start the game
2. Click the “share" button on your controller
3. Select "Broadcast Gameplay"
4. Select “twitch”
(In case you never streamed before you will have to one time activate your account, by linking your twitch account to your console. Just follow the instructions shown on your screen.)
5. Select Start Broadcasting to go live
(We recommend using a stream quality of at least 540p - Standard)

Xbox:

1. Download twitch in case you don't have it installed on your console (xbox store -> twitch -> download)
2. Open twitch
3. Tab "Broadcasting"
4. Select “start streaming” to go live
(In case you never streamed before you will have to one time activate your account, by linking your twitch account to your console. Just follow the instructions shown on your screen./ We recommend using a stream quality of at least 540p - Standard)

What happens in the event of overtime or penalties?

For our tournament, we only count the regular 90 minutes + overtime.

The penalty shootout will not be counted.

What are disputes and how do they get handled?

In case something during your game goes wrong, you have the possibility to create a dispute. Our support team will then take a look asap as we follow the course of every match. We know what's going on.

We take our gaming very seriously at Rawbet and disputes are no different.

Disputes generally come from two circumstances:

Accidental - You accidentally made a mistake. We understand this happens occasionally, but please take an extra moment next time.
Intentional - You intentionally tried to deceive your opponent. This is a very serious offense and can result in your account being banned from Rawbet.

Money & Payments

How can I deposit and withdraw money?

You can deposit money via PayPal. More payment methods are on its way.

You can withdraw money via Bank Transfer.

How do the match fees work?

Rawbet takes 10% from each player's entry fee for Head-to-Head matches. This is included in the entry fee - not in addition to it.

i.e. 10€ entry fee = 1€ fee from each player, 18€ prize pool.

Account

How and when do I get my prize?

After your games have been reviewed by the support team you will usually receive your prize immediately. This may take a couple of days!

Can I have two RawSkill accounts?

No, it is not allowed to create 2 accounts for the same person. This action will be punished with a ban.

Why do I need to signup with Twitch?

We use Twitch to check your games. Therefore it is necessary that you link your correct Twitch account with RawSkill.

How old do I have to be to compete on Rawskill?

You must be 18 or older to compete on Rawskill.

Game Modes

How does the FUT Champions tournament work?

For our tournament we evaluate 15 of your matches according to the result and goal difference. The player with the most wins at the end of 15 matches wins.

IMPORTANT: While playing your WL matches, you must have the FUT Champions mode activated in the RawSkill App and also stream them via twitch.

What happens if my opponent cancels the game/rage quits?

In case of RQ in the first half your match will be scored 5:0, in the second half 3:0. It is always your best result that counts. A 4:0 in the second half remains a 4:0.

What happens if several people have the same amount of points?

In this case we will evaluate who has the higher (positive) goal difference.

If the goal difference is same as well then the player who finished his games first wins. Of course you can try to enhance your stats by playing yet another game!

What happens if my stream is interrupted?

You can create a support ticket. In most cases the game will be considered lost. Please make sure that your internet connection is stable before each game.

How does the Division Rivals tournament work?

In our tournament we evaluate 5 of your best division rivals based on their results and goal difference. The player with the most wins and the best goal difference wins.

IMPORTANT: You must have activated the Division Rivals mode in the Rawskill app for all Division Rivals games you play for the tournament and stream them via twitch.

Is there a point system for the different Divisions in Rivals?

Yes! here is an overview explaining how many points you get after each win for each Division.

We will adjust the Points once you have reached another Division. This will be tracked and adjusted automatically!

When should I create a support ticket?

If your score is not displayed correctly in Rawskill after a game or if there are other problems.
